The WORST customer service ever!
Unbelievable. How do you not answer your phone due to Covid? This makes no sense. We have a family small business that has been hit much harder during COVID and we have diligently answered our phone and emails. This is an excuse. They sent the wrong type of table and I have emailed several times to figure out what to do and NOTHING. I am going to be disputing the charges and donating the table. I have never had such an awful experience with a company.
