Parcel ABC takes your money then ignores you
Parcel ABC insists you pay them £70 on top of what they charge for supposed custom fees. And then 'claim' they'll give you it back if the customs fees are less. It's been FOUR MONTHS and I have asked for my refund ELEVEN TIMES. Nothing. Absolutely disgusting customer service.
