I invited 3 estate agents to value the property and I found Peter Clarke by far the most reassuring and gave me confidence in their ability to sell the property, after viewing the video of the property that was so good I actually considered making an offer myself. Once the property was on the market we were kept informed about viewings and feedback promptly and any questions replied to promptly.
