Had Sandra take myself and my boyfriend around to three houses and being the unorganised person I am, managed to double book with other viewings and I also went to the wrong address too! Me thinking I've messed up the rest of her day, got stressed. She was able to put my mind at ease that everything was ok. She was smiling the entire time and was always polite, she gave a lot of detail about each house and was able to answer any question we had. She also never rushed through the viewings (never hinted we were late, or reminding us that there were other people she had to see that day) I can tell she's very experienced, knows the right thing to say no matter the situation and was very easy to talk to, even if she has back to back appointments!
