Probably fraud.
My order don't coming 3 weeks. This is probably a fraudulent site. I paid them three weeks ago for three pairs of shoes and I have no more information about the actual delivery situation. And yes, they sent an email that the order was supposedly delivered somewhere and by someone. Useless and dangerous service, fraud, incompetence and a complete mess. I hope the lawyer will resolve this issue and the culprits will be found.
