I had not sold a property before and was quite overwhelmed. I met with Craig Teal and Brad Best in the Gisborne Office. They guided me through the property selling process and explained everything, I was able to ask questions and reassured about my concerns and circumstances. Brad Best continued with the management of my sale, I was kept well informed via phone calls, text messages and emails at regular intervals. My property was presented very well with great pictures, an accurate floor and garden plan and a lovely description. A big board was out the front, and open days, private viewings were arranged. Brad negotiated a great sale price, more than I expected, I am very happy. GOOD JOB Brad Best
