DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!!

I spent $150 of birthday money on kitchen gear from this website - more realistically, on kitchen GARBAGE because that's where most of these items ended up the second time I used them. I've worked in restaurants for over a decade and love how robust the tools in professional kitchens are. THESE ARE NOT RESTAURANT LEVEL TOOLS!! This website is a scam that sends damaged or subpar items. I ordered 18 items, 2 of which they were out of stock of but they didn't tell me, they were going to wait to ship it until they had more in stock, but when I asked how long that would be was told could be as long as a year??? Horrible customer service, just send what I have. I had to cancel the other items for them to send what they did have in stock. Nearly a month after ordering I got a package but it was missing 3 items. I was told these had already been delivered? But remember in the part just before, I was told they don't send multiple deliveries?? After much, much fuss I finally was refunded the money - but only part of it! When I alerted customer service they denied they owed me money and said that I had the total wrong but I used the prices on my receipt? By that time I had had the items for a week and noticed many were dented, scuffed, or so dirty that despite washing them multiple times (by hand and in the dishwasher) I didn't feel comfortable using them around food. I DIDN'T FEEL COMFORTABLE USING THE ITEMS FROM A RESTAURANT SUPPLY STORE AROUND FOOD BECAUSE THEY FLAKED PAINT, ENAMLE, AND GREASE! What *%$#!%$#%*$#!!! The angel food cake was the worst offender. Despite washing it multiple times by hand, soaking it, using a professional degreaser, it seemed to be leaking grease? Or maybe the coating was melting? Right in the bin. When I alerted customer service that 3 of the pans I purchased were so deeply damaged the enamel was coming off in chunks, I was told I must have damaged the pans myself and there was no way it left their warehouse like that. Cool. It wasn't worth the headache in the end to keep chasing customer service, especially Michael Sullo. I just ate the $150 and am doing all I can to prevent anyone else from buying from them. In short, DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!!! THE REASON THEIR PRICES ARE SO LOW IS BECAUSE THEY ONLY SELL DAMANGED OR SUB-PAR ITEMS!!
