Horrible App and service
The App repeatedly and incessantly failed miserably to progress during the uploading of pictures concerning the state of the car. This led to us not being able to activate the car, while it being unlocked. An hour of customer service jingles later we finally were granted access to our rental car, with no reimbursement of lost time. The same error occurred during the ending of the rental time, with another dreadfully long customer service call. when the rental was ended, the car wouldn't lock and access through the app was also rendered impossible. After a THIRD customer call, they assured me they would lock the car from their location. Pictures were asked to be emailed and so we did, no further response was given to these emails. More than a week later, my deposit still hasn't been reimbursed without notice why. This marks the need for a fourth and hopefully final customer service call. Customer service numbers are also quite hard to find, with a roughly third of the numbers offered online being out of service or simply hanging up automatically.
