Horrendous experience in Corfu
Horrendous experience in Corfu. Firstly, they left us standing at the airport at 11pm despite having had the car booked for 2 months. They didn’t turn up so we walked to their office to find they were shut. We had to walk back to the airport and get a taxi which cost €60. We called in the morning and were assured we could come to the office and get the car. We had to get the bus to the airport which took a hour on the first day of our holiday. However when we got there, they stated they wouldn’t honour the booking and the price had gone up. By this time we had missed the last bus back to our village. Stranded we had to get a bus to the nearest village and pay another €25 for a taxi for the rest of the journey. Unprofessional and unreliable. I dread to think how they would have been on return of the vehicle. The customer service was awful and the experienced staff left a youngster dealing with it. We felt for him though his only response was “why should I care, I don’t get the money”. Our 35 minutes being stood up at the airport though was really helpful as we were able to see which hire car companies did turn up. Avoid this company - Corfu has much better than this to offer.
