Cheap but slow
Ordered a load of timber to be collected, hoping that it would be quick like other companies but took them 5 days before I could collect even though it was all in stock. It's 2024, click and collect should be a quick process. Luckily it was cheap and the staff was good and friendly. Can't directly reply to the response, it states it on your website after ordering and also I received direct emails from the store I ordered from that I cannot collect until I am told via email that it's ready to be collected which took 5 days.
