It's difficult making the best of an already stressful event amidst a pandemic, the nail-biting timescales of stamp duty relief, chains breaking down, buyer demands etc. etc. etc. However stressed, upset and despondent I felt at times Oliver, the Manager at Waterfords, Camberley was a steadying and reassuring influence and kept things on an even keel. On the whole I was kept updated with the good and the bad. Oliver worked hard to keep things on track with all parties. He has an even, but commanding temperament which is ideally suited for his role.
