This place has truly seen me through thick and thin! I first walked into Dr Affan’s practice back in 2021, fresh into my first “big girl” job with one goal in mind—fix my teeth. Four years on, and my composite bonding is still going strong. My teeth are perfect, and honestly, having them fixed changed my life. I started putting myself forward for corporate presentations, travelling up and down the UK, speaking to large audiences—something I’d never have done before. I would have been too self-conscious about my teeth and people looking at them. What I really appreciated was that I wanted something natural—not big, bright white veneers—and that’s often overlooked. If I wanted Turkey teeth I’d go to Turkey! Dr Affan understood that completely. We worked together to create a result that suited me, and the best part is people who have not met me before don’t know I’ve had anything done! People just assume I hit the genetic jackpot—and I love that. Now, four years later, I’m back at the practice as a plan patient. Let’s be honest, NHS dental practices are few and far between these days—I couldn’t even get in for a check-up. After investing so much in my smile, I decided it was time to properly maintain it. I had an appointment with Tara, and I’ve never met someone so upbeat at 9am on a Wednesday! I loved her energy and how she took the time to recommend products and treatments to help me keep my teeth in top condition. The practice has grown massively since I first started coming, and it’s so well deserved. Wishing the whole team every success—you’ve got a patient for life 🤗
