when cheap, is not always the best option
Dealing with bereavement can be emotional and stressful, and dealing with individuals who are clearly lowly paid call centre staff, who feel they are bigger than you, clearly does not help. Sam Hill who is the operations manager does not seem to be able to understand emails over one line and is unable to take on board any information which is outside of her remit, which I believe like all call centres is purely focussed towards getting as many numbers on the board as possible. I found these guys to be cheap, but their inability to help or do anything to help, balanced this out so I would highly recommend that anyone who wishes to undertake this process thinks long and hard before dealing with this company. I would avoid like the plague.
