Great value and service
Late model hybrid at a great rate which helped us save heaps on fuel. Low key friendly service with the peace of mind of a national network if anything were to go wrong. Online check in via the app speeded things up at pick up. Only suggestions for improvement would be some signage at Auckland Airport as to where to wait for the shuttle car and full transparency around extra costs before getting to the end of the booking (e.g, costs for extra driver and excess insurance). Appreciated dropping off on a Sunday to an staffed office. Overall, highly recommended.
