The worst of the worst
I know estate agents have a bad name but boy these guys are really the worst. Before moving in they pressured me to sign the contract for 24 months rather than the 12 I wanted to sign for. They also did everything they could to keep in place atrocious penalties in case of a break clause. When I finally moved into my new studio flat they lost a pair of keys and refused to make a copy blaming covid. They gave me an inventory report that was at least one year old and full of utter lies. They never answer your calls or emails, you are basically on your own if something bad happens in the flat, took over 3 months to receive my deposit back when I finally left. Jay and Farzana are the worst of the worst
