Great support, refreshing experience
It feels solid. I really like the clean look and usability. I did run into an issue when they implemented Norway’s new “travel rule,” which briefly affected my ability to deposit and withdraw funds. Their support team stepped in, kept me informed, and (despite having loads of inquiries) resolved everything to my 100% satisfaction. Given the regulatory rollout and how new the platform is, I’m impressed with how professionally they handled it. 5/5 that's what I expect from a support.
