Without doubt, Darren Nelson from the Hertford Rd branch of Equity was the most skilled, compassionate and efficient agent I’ve ever encountered. From day one he made us a promise that he’d guide us through and iron out any problems and he kept that promise! Endlessly available no matter what the issue and incredibly patient with our anxieties. We honestly can’t thank him enough. To say that he went over and above the call of duty is an understatement.
