I have been with Fasthosts for over 20 years, but unfortunately, the service has gone downhill significantly over the last four. What was once a reliable and responsive provider has now become frustrating to deal with. Support is slow, communication is poor, and major issues, like unexpected service interruptions and account problems are becoming more frequent. It is disappointing to see such a long standing relationship erode due to declining standards. They really need to take a hard look at how far they have fallen.
