Not great at all
Not great at all, originally called to see if I could book a slot after 5pm, given the email confirmation said collection could be until 7pm, rude call handler just laughed at me and said collection is only until 5pm. Day of collection, received no call or text & no one arrived to collect the car. Called next day & after a constant queue got to speak to a pleasant call handler, my appointment had been cancelled with no reason, very apologetic & booked in for the following Monday (today). Once again, no call, text, email & no one arrived to collect the car.
