I placed an order on the 24th of January for my partner and I was told i would get a phone call to arrange delivery slot so I could be home to except delivery. So far I've had no phone call or email and kept getting told my furniture is on its way. I can't book time off for the delivery as I don't know when it's coming. I feel that I'm just being fobbed off by the call centre. Even asked to speak to supervisor or manager to be told no one was available. Overall very poor service. And very poor manners or call centre staff as they would not listen when I tried to explain that I need notice to arrange to be in for delivery. And they won't even tell me what firm is delivering my furniture. Will not be using them again and if I don't get a delivery date by tomorrow I will be asking for a refund 😡😡😡😡
