Better off using another company!

Tried to get an update on my order and ended up on hold for 45 minutes, listening to a repeated message about how great and professional HSS Pro is — only to be cut off without ever speaking to anyone. I tried again, this time through the sales line (as another reviewer suggested), and surprisingly got through in about 5 minutes. Unfortunately, that didn’t help either — I was hung up on again shortly after. Really disappointing customer service.

I was sceptical about ordering with this company because the prices seemed to good to be true but I am now on my second order in under two weeks and so far I’ve been really impressed. Mainly, as mentioned about the prices, but also with the customer service I have received from Mike on my first order and now Wyatt. It really is a breath of fresh air to have a company clearly putting customer service at the top of their priorities! Keep up the good work. Ross
