Good friendly service
i wanted to buy a female cockatiel to company a male cockatiel that i currently have. i called Sky Birds and they were such a pleasure to deal with, and they have a very friendly customer tone. i explained what i wanted, and the lady that i spoke to offered a lot of advice, and gave me various options. at the end i ordered a bird and a 4kg bird seed pack. I received a gorgeous 5 month yellow/grey cockatiel (and the company also assured me that the bird i received is a female. Delivery was with their own dedicated people during the same week. An important point, as other pet shops use third party external delivery companies. Also, i live in Oxford, so i wanted to be assured that the bird i receive will be delivered with their own staff and with care, such as a generous supply of food came with the bird. Another point worth noting is that Skybirds is one of the few companies that is DEFRA approved. so you know that you are buying a humane cared for animal. this was one of the reasons why I chose this company. All vans are insured and licensed by DEFRA to deliver small animals/birds I certainly recommend SkyBirds. even the delivery driver was so friendly and was very careful with the bird.
