Intentional difficulties?
Lyca is really poor on customer service. I now have had 2 cases where the have been ”unable to help”. 1. I made a mistake when registering my new eSIM and requested a replacement qr-code. According to Lyca, this was not possible for them so they forced me to ask for a refund of the payment and then register for a new number instead. 2. Finally had enough of poor customer service and decided to move the number to another operator which Lyca is blocking. Meaning that I can’t move my number to another operator but have to go through the pain to change number… This is not the first review with this experience here. Think hard before changing to Lyca because once there you can’t get out… Thanks Lyca!!!
