Click and you DON'T Collect
Bought item on-line using SAME DAY Click and Collect for Clydebank store. Site says order before 2pm to collect SAME DAY. Ordered about 12.30pm knowing store closed at 7pm. The order said I'd receive a notification when item was ready to be collected. Never received any notification. This is fraud. Selling goods with a promise they don't keep. Will now avoid buying anything from JD Sports. Very poor! Update following reply from JD Sports re Reasons for the Review. Is it not clear? You said same day collection and it didn't happen. What is there to explain?!!!
