Poor Customer Service- had to raise a dispute with my bank
I ordered from Siya 22nd of jan and Feb 5th they advised the item was out of stock but only once I got in touch with them. They offered a refund. It didn’t come through. Countless emails, whats app messages and messages through their website and still no sign of it and no communication from them. As a last resort I contacted my bank on 5th March to raise a dispute. Only then did they refund telling me it was issued 7 days ago. I do not trust this company and won’t be buying from them again. Customer service is very poor.
