Manchester Central overcharge :(
Parked in NCP Manchester Central today, was charged incorrectly at the machine and didn’t receive my hotel discount as didn’t pay via the NCP app, site isn’t very clear on how to use the app to pay. I raised a case to complain about the overcharge, spoke to the wonderful Aizel via chat in the app, received credit for overcharge and a copy of my parking receipt via email. Would have been nice if offered some goodwill (maybe a discount for next time I parked with NCP). In summary poor on site experience but excellent remote assistance via chat.
