Bloody awful company
Bloody awful company, guy turned up at our property in Milton Keynes this afternoon and took out our existing water meter, telling me we had been notified about them fitting a new Smart? Meter. We had NOT been notified, via any type of communication and to make it worse, the Smart Meters don't work properly. [Common Radio4 complaint point] I refused their poxy Smart Meter and the nice fitter kindly refits the old one and leaves. We call these muppets and they say as the existing meter is just on the border of our property, they can do what the bloody hell they want, so bugger off. What a bunch of a@#e%oles.... To add insult to injury, i thought i would just check the Meter well last night, to see if all was well. Of course it wasn't, because AW had been in there messing about, its now full of water and i suspect leaking. Had to try to find somebody to call and register the problem. Found a very helpful lady on the phone, but it took a while for her to get a decent response from her on-line prompts to try and register the fault. She was great but AW, as bad as you would expect. Is this not one of the most customer unfriendly companies in the UK?
