Pestering emails
Getting multiple emails over the past week stating that they have been trying to ring me ,yet ive not had one single call from them. Having emailed stating to stop pestering I'm.yet again getting more emails. You wont do anything about what I asked about so do not expect me to waste my time calling a premium rate number which will cost a lot to ring. Especially when every time ive rung in the past ive been led down the garden path. If you had of looked at my records yesterday, It would have clarified the fact I have already spoken to a lovely agent named Angela who understood everything that I had asked multiple times and explained that of what I had asked to stop you pestering me any further. To clarify I was wanting to make a payment from my savings to my loan account and you refused it for no reason and wouldn't explain as to why the money couldn't pay more of the loan off, yet the lovely lady angela explained what was the issue and why it couldn't in regards the £148 percentage value that is held on the savings account against the loan hence why it wont be released.Of which it shouldn't have taken near 5 weeks to actually tell me that
