Amazing Customer Service !
Special mention to Narender who helped me through a very frustrating experience with a bonus subscription that was part of my Origin bundle. He went above and beyond by raising a ticket with their support service on my behalf (when I could not) He then followed this up a few days later, he called me and took me through the whole process online, step by step whilst he remained on the phone.
