I wouldn't do it
Upon completion of first micro credential, I was asked for additional funds even though I'm on a payment plan. So I called up OCA phone number and a robot answered asked what I needed I said I want to cancel the robot said he had two options 1 I can do it by a cancellation form or 2 I can be put forward to a lady which turned out to be another robot I was told a person would call me back in 24 to 48 hours I received a call back a day later by a lady who said I need to fill out a cancellation form. 😬
