Whoops we forgot to pay your estate agent ! If you want a solicitor that makes mistake after mistake, two upheld complaints in a 3 month window on their poor service, and failings. Do you want to talk to SOME staff with a attitude problems. A solicitor who Forgets to pay your estate agent so you get a call threatening to take legal action if I don't pay up. Have a solicitor who has a complaint team that don't really look in to your complaint and try and fob you off with sorry .... IF YOU SAID YES ? This is the solicitor for you ! I highly recommend asking them to look after your sale / purchase... if you have loads of time to chase them, check what they are doing and correct their work, reach out to them and get them on your case. For anyone not clear on my tone, Please don't use them!
