Abysmal service.
To cut a long story short. Firstly had service done and told needed new rocker cover gasket etc. Job done and engine leaked oil as if a tap had turned on. Mechanic came back out and said fixed it. No still leaking oil. Got mechanic back and told cant fix here need to take car to workshop. Car went to workshop. Given back with a BS explanation as to oil leak, but said all fixed. (this has been over numerous months). Saturday got Lube Mobile back to do service. Mechanic said cant do service because of the amount of oil from the oil leak all over the motor. Will need to take to workshop. Mechanic contacted workshop told that Tuesday would be fine as we require the vehicle for Easter. Monday (today) no cant do it too busy might get it in next week (not possible). Car is a tow vehicle, and also transport to and from work, and was going away for Easter, not now. Thinking my next step will be to have a conversation with Consumer affairs as this has gone on far too long and there seems to be no interest or urgency from Lube Mobile to address. Could have at least got a call from a Manager to discuss as they obviously know the history of this, not a call from the mechanic saying workshop too busy to fix my car.
