Out with the Old - Now Sold
The order placement for my sale to them was easy except that there was not a label print facility , I shipped my item to them via Express Post, which I Highly Recommend, as there was an issue with Australia Post apparent my phone was “package damage or label misread” . I had to lodge a case with Aus Post to track my phone, No fault of mine or Mobile Guru. As it was Post registered we could both see tracking updates. Phone was in transit for over 2weeks from Sydney to Melbourne could walked quicker. They emailed me once they had received it and then after they tested the item, they sent me a second email to confirm whether I wanted to go ahead with the sale as my phone was not as sent, seems damaged in the Aus Post mixup, not my fault, so excepted reduced price Once I confirmed the sale on a Friday , money arrived in my account on the Monday Good communication, good price for old phone , pleased it’s sold.
