The shoe I ordered was out of stock and they came back to me with options or a refund. The alternate choices was excellent and I went with one of those. Even though it was late afternoon when I saw their email. I was delighted to see them delivered the following day. I enjoy shopping with Finn's as their customer is excellent. Thank you.
