Great customer service
It looks like the loops go over your ears in the picture - not both over the top of your head. As I’d opened the packet these could not be returned. Even though it was my fault that I’d ordered the incorrect masks,as a goodwill gesture HMZ Medical Logistics sent me 50 disposable face masks free of charge. I’ve been so impressed with their customer service I will Def buy from them in the future.
