From the get go, both Annabel and David were incredibly professional, proactive, positive and engaging. They were always responsive to any query or call me made - which being interstate, was incredibly important to both Peter and myself. We also valued their focus on timeliness - this started from the very beginning with obtaining quotes and then ensuring we had renovation and marketing program which was very outcome focused. Both Annabel and David always kept us informed post an open house inspection and having David engaged at every open house, meant he was very informed as our auctioneer. We felt David really understood the market and potential buyers - which ultimately led to an outcome with both Peter and I were very pleased with.
