Disappointing checkout experience.
Was asked by the checkout staff to check my bag, it was a small crossbody bag. The elderly lady before was not asked, the lady with a child after was not asked. I can appreciate “company procedure “ but consistency is key. Being made out as a thief . . . so not cool, bad shopping experience.
