Seriously considering not returning
My first trip to Makro Leicester was okay. Despite scanning all of my items on the way round, I got to the till only for the device to fail and the operator had to put through all the items manually. Then I was charged twice the total amount so she had to refund it and start again. A week or so later, I found some of the items I bought there cheaper online, so I took them back. The operator at customer services was so rude, huffing, throwing her weight around saying “so you’re not keeping any of this then?” - no I’m not and be thankful I didn’t refund it all after that outburst. I may give it one more chance there but it would have to be an outstanding experience!
