Use them, but compare them against others
Have to say, they got me two quotes for my car and I ended up taking one which went quite smoothly. However, when I was on the phone to them at one point and was really in two minds, I had a lot of “why are you hesitant”, “what is it that’s making you think about it”, over and over again. To the point that I actually got annoyed repeating myself and finished the conversation abruptly. I told the man I had had another offer, from a company and it was higher, only to be rudely told “I haven’t heard of them and if it’s too good to be true, it normally is”…. When I rang back, the next advisor names the company as someone they deal with!!! By this time however, exhausted and fed up that my car was too expensive to fix anyway, I gave in and took the quote, cut my losses. Gave them a 3 as still not happy with the advisor who was pushy….
