Lost my money and didn’t book my flight

My flight was booked through Travelocity but my ticket was never confirmed according to Alaska Airlines. I had to utilize Alaska Airlines directly ,and pay more money, due to the Travelocity representative not following through with his promise. After purchasing the same flight though Alaska, Travelocity booked my flight again two days later WITHOUT my permission. Aside from this, Travelocity has no record of the eCredits that were in my account three days ago. Two separate representatives escalated the issue to a supervisor, but after waiting on hold for over two hours, I gave up. Not a single person from Travelocity has called me to follow up with the situation. Unfortunately, I currently have a flight booked and I don’t even know if it’s confirmed. I am also out $300 because the representatives cannot find my money after providing the confirmation numbers, the itinerary numbers, and my credit card number. I am beyond upset and disappointed at the customer service I have received by Travelocity. I have used them so many times in the past but this will be the final occurrence doing business with Travelocity. Extremely dissatisfied customer! 71008657921667
