I posted this on 2 July 2025 but despite a conversation on 2 July 2025 with Lebara have yet to receive a written response from them Badly let down with disabled wife at 00.21 am I wrote on 29 May and a duplicate letter on 23 June. No response. Copy of my letter below: Complaint - Disconnection Without Notice Mr Stephen Shurrock, CEO Lebara Mobile UK 7th Floor Import Building 2 Clove Cresent East India Docks London E14 2BE 29 May 2025 Dear Mr Shurrock, Complaint - Disconnection Without Notice Reference: i) My Lebara Account held since September 2023 ii)Missed telephone calls from the taxi driver on 22 May at12.51 and 12.52 iii)iv)My telephone calls of 22 May 2025 (6 attempts) 12.52 - 1.0 am iv)My telephone calls of 22 May 2025 (6 further attempts) 1.04-1.09 am v)My text message to the taxi driver at 12.25 am on 22 May 2025 (Fail) vi) My telephone call using Lebara number 55 88 at 10.22 on 22 May 2025 (43 minutes duration) vii)Roaming 15 day add on expiring 27 May 2025 viii)Screenshot (quantity 2) of friendly reminders expiry of roaming referred at reference vii) above 1.Whilst I do not expect to receive a reply from you, I do hope your influence will have the desired effect as the implications are very serious. 2.I arrived at Bristol Airport at approximately 12.25 am with my disabled wife. 3.As you can see from references iii), iv) and v) I attempted to contact the taxi driver that I had arranged before departing to Malta but was informed that I had no credit so my calls (& text message) were rejected. 4.As a result I was very anxious that the driver may have deduced that I wasn’t on the flight and gone home. 5.Since the date shown at reference i) I had my American Express debited monthly without default as your records will confirm. 6.The operator at reference vi) implied that I had changed my service which I refuted. As telephone calls are recorded this will be found to be the case. 7.Moreover if this had been the case I would have received notice that my service was to be ended as at reference viii) in the case of 15 day bundle expiring on 27 May 2025. 8. I feel it is more constructive to write to you so corrective action can be taken rather than posting negative comments on Trust Pilot Thank you in anticipation. Yours sincerely,
