Several times while I was taking the courses the timer incorrectly notified me that I had been inactive for 10 minutes and they sent me back to the beginning of a section and erased a large amount of time. Many times it took me 3 hours to take a 2 hour course because of this. I was moving along in the course at a reasonable pace, so this was uncalled for.
