Great CEO - however, cars not up to standard.
The cleanliness of the car (cockroaches and not cleaned) and the amateur handling of our case by the customer service (put on hold for 30 minutes then hung up the phone, didn't call back about the case even though we called 10 times) gives me no other choice than to give a two star rating. The only reason why I give the company two stars is because when I contacted the CEO Dan he was very professional and extremely nice to us which led to that our case was resolved quickly. It's just unfortunate that the CEOs spirit and good vibe isn't shared by everyone.
