It’s the worst company ever

It’s the worst company ever. I travel a lot around the world. Australia, Africa, America, etc. but I have never met the same situation. 3.04.19 at 14:00 I booked the car Аlfa Romeo Giulietta or similar in Sixt company in Milan airport through OneTwoTrip and paid all sum for it. Airport Terminal 1, Terminal 1 - Arrival Hall, Ferno Varese, 21010 +39-0294757979 To pick up the car you need to have: - credit car for Nikita Tataev MasterCard, Visa или Amex - passport or ID -local or international driving license (if needed) - this voucher There was nowhere to enter a flight number during the booking. Usually when you book the car and paid all sum it means that the car is mine and waiting for me, and if I’m late, the company call me and ask me about canceling. Anyway, I arrived to Milan 4 May at 13:00, my flight was delayed. I believe that I booked the car, paid all sum and everything is ok! But when I came to Sixt, to this cool reception with two hostess girls who even can’t answer official site of the company, the first madam took my driver license, passport, check everything!!!! (Attention) and said me that my order was cancelled, because I’m late. And she just propose me the car for 30 euros per day more. But I don’t want to pay more. It’s at least not fair! It looks like a fraud, doesn’t it? And she said me that she can’t check the system when somebody will return the same category of car. Ok, I went to another girl and she said that now she can check the system and the car will be after some hours but for 30 euros per day more)))) I opened Skyscanner, onetwotrip and find, that Sixt can book for me the same car at that moment. Ask about it the girl and at that moment the third main girl, Christina, appeared. She said that it’s just roller or controller and they can’t confirm this booking. Then I found the car on their web site, Sixt.it., the same category of car!!! and even book it at 15:00 ( voucher in attach) but the madame said that she can give me the car only after three hours. I went to the parking and found a lot of cars the same category. Showed to the madam but she said me that these cars out of stock)))))) anyway, after three hours of waiting third madam Christina or Kristina said us that She can’t give us the car because I haven’t worldwide driver license. I have Russian driver license and American!!!! It’s my first time when somebody asked me about it because In my local driver license I have everything in English. And American driver license is like ID everywhere! And in the voucher does not say that I must have international driver license. And the first girl saw my Russian driver license and checked it and say nothing about it during all 4 hours! And didn’t even mention about international driver license!!! Anyway, during all three hours I’m hearing how good is the customer service in this company with cool big and separate reception despite of all another car rental companies. To somebody they tried to put extra insurance, to somebody extra car for more money without mention it and to somebody said that they haven’t car the same category and they have to wait about one hour or pay more money. When customers noticed that the amount in the check was more than when booking, the girls apologized 100 times. It’s just fraud and way to earn more money. In the end, I took the car in another company for two minutes without any problems! Sixt, give me my money back! I really ask you to translate my voucher in your language, check and correct your mistakes and stop deceiving people and working this way!!! The way is: -put extra insurance -said that the car is not available at that moment and client have to wait or take the car from more expensive category -you are late and your order cancelled and the money will not return, but you can take the car from more expensive category))) -one hundred another way to push clients to pay more money. Sixt, If you work with the roller like onetwotrip, Expedia, Skyscanner ets, you must control all steps during booking to warn people about your dishonest fraudulent rules. Don’t book the car in this company!!! And be careful!
