I did an earlier review questioning their customer service and I regret it because actually they are exceptional. They completely stood behind their product and took care of my issue. It just took them a few days which is natural. They have excellent products and I’m very impressed with customer service. I typically don’t trust very many companies today but this is my go to shoe company from now on. Thank you Arrowsmith for your exceptional quality shoes at good prices.
