DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY
I have been trying to place an order but their website is a mess & a joke. I try to get some help on live chat & that has been 2 days now with no reply same as the phone 800#. I tried to make an account & it refuses to work correctly not allowing me to sign in then request verification # they never send. They took my money online as a "guest" since I can't sign into my account. But I can't get any verification on the order. I got 4 emails all saying conflicting things. 1 said I got a total refund even though I did not ask for 1. 1 said order is shipped. Then 1 claims I have no order at all. I have never in my life experienced such a joke of a company... customer service wise. If you finally get someone on chat as soon as you ask for help ( that is not placing an order) they disappear. There is so many makeup companies out there STAY AWAY from this scam. I have a feeling they maybe going out of biz. So unprofessional.
