Serious GDPR breach and extremely poor service
Serious GDPR breach - which to their admittance effected half of my customers with hundreds of private business emails going elsewhere. Their response... we can give you one month free service as an apology (£40). Support Tickets - take 3/4/5 days to be responded to and then 3/4/5 days to answered each time. Online Chat Service - Over an hour wait for an agent to respond to queries.
