Trust pilot is not as good as you'd hope, I've had a genuine review deleted because they said it was false. And that was because the company concerned denied accountability. Did trust pilot come back to me and ask for proof no... I still have it and all the documentation and receipt for payment made. Seems some companies find it easy to pull the wool over trust pilot. I understand that company has been shut down. It could have been sooner if all reviews had been available.
