I have struggled with sleeplessness for months now, and have come to the realisation that peri menopause and sleep are not good bed fellows! However, I have experienced such an improvement in both length and quality of sleep since starting the Yumi sleep and relaxation gummies, and consequently feel more refreshed and energetic in the morning.
