The installer came high on marijuana…
The installer came high on marijuana and used the wrong fittings/pipe. And the installer connected the water Softner coming back into the house instead of draining outside for the plumbing. Instead of pec pipe he used PVC and hooked up for the resin beads filtrating back into my indoor plumbing. I called the company numerous times throughout the first year and no one would come out. They wanted to amend the problem through communication on the telephone.
